Stroller Sanity Workout

An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Saturday, repeating until August 28, 2021
Our mom and baby exercise classes run by 2 physical therapists will help build a strong mom body. In this unique style of exercise, we include your baby in the movements with foundational principles of post partum physical therapy and development movement for babies. Moms can go at their own pace, yet each movement is carefully crafted to exercise both mom and baby. If the baby is asleep, they may remain in the stroller, a carrier or on a mat.
